Sova is an imagined neighbourhood table for the hours between the first glass and the last conversation. Familiar ingredients, a curious kitchen, and nothing to hurry home for.

Our concept follows the rhythm of the garden: bright vegetables, warm bread to pass around, and something sweet when the evening asks for it. Simple food, given time and attention.
